We collect minimal data necessary to provide the best service. Your data is never sold to third parties — ever.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number), making purchases (shipping address, payment method), and using the app (preferences, order history). We do not store credit card data directly — all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
2. How we use your data
Collected data is used to: process and ship orders; send confirmation and status updates; improve your shopping experience; send promotional information if you opt-in; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data security
All data is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. Data is stored on servers located in Indonesia managed by ISO 27001 certified cloud service providers. Access to user data is restricted to employees who require it to perform their duties.
4. User rights

6. Policy changes
If there are significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Use of the service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
